It was a brand-new hotel which had MARVELLOUS service. My twin room was equipped with a minibar, an iron and coffee/tea making machines.

We were going for a congress in the Torrejón-Ajalvir area. It is located in the north of Madrid (Hortaleza-Arturo Soria) and has good communication by car. In 10 minutes we arrived at the T4. In that sense great. It is also well communicated with the center, in 25min. by subway and with only one transfer. The Esperanza station is 5min. walking. There was a lot of parking available in the area, I don't know if it's common or because it's August. And the area is good, at night there is no danger and everything is very quiet. We forgot an iPad case/keyboard, and although at first they didn't see it, we went back to the hotel and they allowed us to enter the room and looked for it with us. The treatment of the staff is undoubtedly the best. At the reception they are all very friendly and help you with everything. It was our second time, and we are sure that there will be a third and a fourth..
Little details that show the passage of time. Corner of damaged doors, carpet with some small stains. Bathroom with insufficient lighting.. but really nothing serious. All bearable. They offer you a very complete and free pillow menu, but then they don't have availability.. that could also improve a bit.

Spacious rooms, big beds, all very clean and at a good price, as we had to take 2 rooms. Good for parking the car in the street.
The first thing was the bathroom, it was adapted, with the heat that was in Madrid, only arrive we took a shower, with which he was involved in the sink, being for handicapped there are no curtains or anything. all wet until the next morning. That by surprise and without anyone having warned us, at 8 am begins the joke on the landing, in the next room a formation of Ryanair, all shouting and chatting, but this is not normal! It's a hotel where you come to sleep! We complained to the reception and their response was that they had been told not to shout, you don't need 20 or 30 people shouting ( who did it) to keep you awake, it's not right, we felt terrible and they didn't care at all. We got up and left

The adjusted price
We've been staying for five days. cleaning of the room and especially the toilet has been very poor. We have even had to ask for our room to be redone one day when we returned to rest at noon (hair that was not ours included, unwashed floor, worktop with daily ruts... disaster!! They cleaned the room, bedding and apologized to us... For continuing with the deficiencies, our room had unanchored the toilet bowl, curtains that isolate from the light full of pits and holes and white curtains also with holes. I think you should take a look at those details.. too many things for a 4 star hotel.. I am not going to put the pictures I took, because I think it is enough with the comment.. to the complaint they reacted very professionally, especially and EXCLUSIVELY the cleaning lady of that shift. No apologies from above.. What are you going to do?

The cleanliness and order of the rooms. It's a calm, soothing design.
For a four-star hotel, the reception staff could have been more helpful with the luggage.

Walls are paper thin making the rooms very noisy. Could hear the guy next door coughing, snoring, pissing etc...
